The Doodie Wrangler — Terms of Service & Service Agreement
Welcome to The Doodie Wrangler! By booking or utilizing our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth, safe, and transparent service experience for both you and our team.
1. Service Overview & Flexibility
No Contracts: Doodie Wrangler operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are no long-term contracts or locked-in commitments.
30-Minute Maximum Per Appointment: Each booked service slot covers up to a maximum of 30 minutes of active property walkthrough and cleanup. Our technician will work continuously for the allotted 30 minutes. If a property requires additional time due to size or accumulated waste, additional service slots must be booked separately.
Scheduling: You may book services on an on-demand basis (One-Time Cleanup).
Cancellation: You may cancel by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service day.
2. Property Access & Entry
Gate Access: You agree to provide clear, unlocked access to the designated yard areas on your scheduled service day.
Combination Locks/Codes: If your gate is secured with a combination lock or keypad, you must provide the access code in advance via your intake form or customer account.
Inaccessible Yards: If our technician arrives and is unable to access your yard (e.g., locked gate, obstructed entrance, or key code failure), we will attempt to reach you immediately. If access cannot be obtained, you will be charged for the scheduled visit, and service will resume on your next scheduled appointment.
3. Pet Safety & Containment
Equipment Sanitization: To protect the health and safety of your pets, The Doodie Wrangler thoroughly cleans and disinfects all tools, equipment, and footwear with veterinary-grade sanitizer between every yard visit to prevent cross-contamination.
Aggressive Animals: For the safety of our team, all aggressive, overly reactive, or protective pets must be secured indoors or kept away from the service area while our technician is on site.
Friendly Pets: Well-behaved, friendly dogs may remain in the yard during service at our technician’s discretion.
Inability to Complete Service: If a dog displays aggressive behavior preventing safe entry, our technician will not enter the yard. You will still be billed for the visit.
4. Yard Conditions & Yard Prep
Overgrown Grass & Debris: Excessive grass length, unraked leaf piles, or dense weeds can hide waste. While we conduct a thorough sweep, we cannot guarantee 100% waste removal in unmaintained lawn conditions.
Hazardous Conditions: We reserve the right to skip areas with standing water, hazardous debris, or unsafe construction materials.
5. Waste Removal Policy
Offsite Haul-Away Included: All pet waste collected during our service will be bagged, sealed, and completely removed from your property. We do not leave waste in your household trash or yard bins.
6. Billing & Payment Terms
Payment Method: A valid credit or debit card must be used to book an appointment.
Billing Cycle:
One-Time Cleanups: Payment is due upon booking.
Initial Cleanup Fee: If a yard has accumulated waste for more than two (2) weeks prior to starting regular service, an initial heavy-duty cleanup fee may apply to bring the property up to baseline maintenance standards.
7. Weather & Holiday Adjustments
Severe Weather: We operate rain or shine. However, in cases of severe weather (e.g., severe thunderstorms, localized flooding, extreme freezing conditions, or ice), service may be delayed or rescheduled to the following available business day.
Holidays: If your service day falls on a major holiday (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day), service will either be shifted to an alternate day that week or resumed the following week. You will be notified of holiday schedule changes in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Doodie Wrangler takes utmost care when entering and exiting your property, including ensuring all gates are securely latched upon departure.
Doodie Wrangler is not liable for pets escaping due to pre-existing gate malfunctions, structural fence damage, or unauthorized third-party entry (e.g., lawn care crews, utility workers) on the same day as service.
Please inspect your gates periodically to ensure they latch properly.
